STARTERS

CHICKEN LIVER PATE– Homemade chicken liver pate with caramelised and balsamic pickled onions with crostini
TRIO DI MARE– Crab, crayfish and prawns salad with an olive oil dressing
TARTARE DI MANZO–  Raw Scotch ground fillet of beef seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, onions and salt served with rocket leaves and parmesan shavings
MOZZARELLA TARTUFO (V) – Buffalo mozzarella marinated in black truffle oil, cherry tomatoes and avocado

MAIN COURSE

RACK OF LAMB– Welsh lamb in a red wine, mushrooms, carrots, thyme and rosemary sauce served with sauté potatoes
SEA BASS – Line caught fresh fillets of sea bass in a white wine, prawns, garlic and onions sauce served with sauté potatoes
PACCHERI DI MARE – Fresh pasta in a swordfish, aubergines, prawns, mint and artichokes sauce
POLLO RIPIENO – chicken breast stuffed with ham, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese in a tomato and cream sauce
CANNELLONI (V)– Spinach and ricotta cannelloni in a tomato, mozzarella and béchamel sauce
